TOM VAN DEN BRINK

I’m a freelance colourist based in Wellington, New Zealand. I work on commercial projects, music videos , documentaries and (short) films.

I started out as an editor and compositor in The Netherlands and I’m currently combining my work as a colourist with doing freelance cinematography as well. This means that I’ve got a firm grasp on everything I need to know technically, while having the creative understanding to effectively collaborate with the creative team.

Aside from colour grading I can assist with compositing, VFX, rotoscoping, chroma keying, sky replacements and motion graphics. Pretty much anything relating to post production.
